    The States of Hyper-Vigilance and Disconnection of Nervous System
Our survival depends on accurate recognition of both helpful and hurtful experiences.
On week 3, we will explore when we go into states of hyper-vigilance or states of disconnection. We will learn to identify triggers (cues of danger) that activate sympathetic nervous system.
Embody the sympathetic state and explore how it can be channelled and supported by our own resources to move back to safety.
